We're golfers too and, like you, we've spent countless hours scouring multiple course websites trying to find the right tee time at our favorite courses. We've done the midnight tee time dash countless times only to see our tee times disappear before our eyes. We've hit refresh countless times deperately hoping someone will cancel a tee time and we're quick enough to grab it before someone else. We knew there had to be a better way, so we created Loop - you're one-stop destination for the very best tee times at your favorite courses.
You bet it does! Similar to sites like Kayak and CarGurus, Loop puts the power in your hands helping golfers like you get the hottest tee times at top local courses. We search thousands of golf sites and put all the available tee times in one place making it dead simple to find the very best tee times.
Loop is a golf search engine. That means we look all across the web to find you the right tee time at the right course. Loop is all about giving you, the golfer, the informaton you need so you can find the best tee time for you. All you need to do is search the course name or location to find available tee times at courses near you. Can't find the tee time you want? You can use Loop to get on a waitlist and we'll grab the tee time for you when it becomes avaialble.
Loop charges a transaction fee on every booking to pay for running our site, customer service and building new features. When you purchase a tee time through Loop, you're sponsoring the ongoing development of our product so we can help golfers like you get maximum enjoyment out of each round.
The answer to that question depends on you. If you have a ton of spare time to spend searching for tee times at every course then Loop might not be for you. If you don't have a lot of time and have strong preferences on when and where you play, then Loop automates the process for you giving you your time back so you can get busy enjoying golf.
We take protecting your personal information very seriously. We've built Loop using state-of-the-art technology used (and in some cases provided by) some of the biggest tech companies in the world like Faceobok, Zillow, Kayak and more. Our payments are run through Stripe (one of the most secure and largest payments processors in the world) and we never sell your data to third-party companies.
Currently Loop works in the US and, although we don't yet have every golf course covered, we're constantly working to expand coverage until we get every last one.
Loop is not directly affiliated with the golf courses listed on Loop unless expressly indicated on the course page. Although we hope to build more direct relationships over time to help make the golf experience better both for golfers and the courses.

Booking & Billing
In the case of waitlist bookings, Loop seamlessly books your tee time at the course so you can book any tee time at any course from one site and with one account. You can also manage and cancel all your tee times on Loop as well. All other availble tee times can be booked directly at the course website.
Absolutely. Loop offers a seamless way of managing your tee time so when you cancel your tee time on Loop it's the same as it being canceled at the course. Depending on the course, you're allowed to cancel your tee time 24-48 hours ahead of the day and time of play without being charged for the greens fee. The transaction fee you paid when booking the tee time is non-refundable.
When you cancel your tee time within the cancellation period, Loop will refund 100% of the greens fee paid at checkout. The transaction fee paid at checkout is non-refundable.
Log into Loop and go to the My Reservations page to see all your current and past reservations. For a current reservation that is cancelable, you will see a button to cancel your tee time. Tap it and our booking gophers get to work. You'll receive an email once the cancellation process has been completed.

Loop currently shows the public greens fee rate at every course. If you qualify for a senior rate it can be applied when you check in at the course if allowed by course policy. Loop doesn't make any guarantees that you'll be able to redeem those rates.

Your booking includes all the same amenities as offered by the course you booked. In some instances, this only includes the price of the greens fee while at other courses it may include golf cart and practice balls.
This is the amount the course will charge you for the greens fee when you check-in for your round.
No. Your golf round isn't pre-paid and you will pay the greens fee, indicated as "DUE AT COURSE" on the checkout screen, at the course.
We absolutely can! One of the biggest pains when booking a tee time is when you can't plan in advance - especially for bigger groups. We get it which is why we built the waitlist feature. On Loop you can tell us when and where you want to play and we grab the tee time for you once the tee sheet opens.
Most courses don't open their tee sheet to be booked more than 7 or 14 days in advance while others allow you to book 21 to 90 days in advance. Honestly we're not sure why that's the case but regardless of the course Loop gives you a way to get the right tee time for you.
When you submit a waitlist order our team tracks availability of your preferred tee time at the course you chose. Once availability becomes available, we book it for you.
We will notify you once a booking is made successfully. Should Loop not be able to find a matching tee time, we will automatically cancel your waitlist order and your credit card will not be charged.
Only with your permission. In the course of booking tee times, we will ask your permission to share your contact information with the course. Otherwise, we're not in the business of selling your personal data to others because that sucks.
Both fortunately and unfortunately golf is a very popular sport and there simply aren't enough courses and tee times to go around. Because of that, you might run into a time where you're shopping for the same tee time as someone else and they just happen to have been that much faster. It doesn't happen often, but we know that it can kinda suck when it does. We do our very best to provide you every opportunity to book your preferred tee time.
